Allowed near HVI: - Government Officials - Ownership Team - Staff - DOJ Officials - Approved individuals Unauthorized personnel must be warned or removed.

OOS must be maintained Speak only when necessary Know formations (Box/Orb) Wear correct uniform Respect all ranks Log every arrest

Remain calm under pressure Avoid arguments Follow chain of command Maintain discipline at all times

Trespassing → 120 sec HVI violation → warning → arrest Trolling → 100 sec Threatening → 90 sec Random killing → 165 sec Attempted murder → 200 sec Exploiting → 300 sec Resisting arrest → +70 sec
